Judy Lux lives just down the street from the 100 block of South Warf Road in Mechanicsburg. She's shocked to hear about the arrest of Andy Ramos-Alicea and his sister, Suhaily Irizarry-Vega.
Ramos - Alicea was arrested first in Manchester Township as part of a York County drug task force sweep. When police searched his Cumberland County home they found his sister there and arrested her. They seized almost 2.5 thousand dollars of heroin and over $4000 in cash."
